Barbara A. Reynolds serves as president of Real Living Realty One. She began her sales and management career with Realty One more than 20 years ago and has worked as a sales associate, office and district manager, and vice president of both marketing and relocation.
In 1997, Reynolds was promoted to senior vice president and general sales manager, overseeing the management, growth and development of Realty One's 1,500-member sales team. She was promoted to executive vice president in March 2001 and to president in February 2002.
Widely known in the real estate industry, Reynolds serves on the National Association of Realtors' Executive Committee and was named one of the "Top Women in Real Estate" by National Relocation and Real Estate magazine.
She is also very involved in her community. A founding board member and chairperson of the Mentor Schools Foundation, she was named to Ohio's Governor's Commission of Elementary and Secondary Education. Reynolds serves on the boards of the United Black Fund of Cleveland, the Northern Ohio Multiple Listing Service and the American Heart Association. She also serves as chairwoman for the American Heart Association’s 2007-2008 "Go Red for Women" campaign, a national fundraising effort to bring awareness to women's heart health.
Reynolds was also cited as one of "Cleveland's Most Interesting People" by Cleveland Magazine. In 2007, she was named one of Cleveland's "Notable Women."

| Daniel Riley |

| Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager |
Daniel Riley, Esq. serves as executive vice president and general sales manager. Riley previously directed the efforts of more than 135 people on the Real Living Title Agency team that has more than 1,000 years of combined settlement experience. From title representatives to mobile sign-up personnel, his vision and leadership led RLTA to complete approximately 8,000 transactions totaling $1.25 billion in volume a year. Before joining RLTA, he served as president of Knowlton Realtors, a brokerage with 13 offices and more than 350 agents. Knowlton was acquired by Realty One in 1994-1996. He then went on to serve as vice president of relocation at Realty One from 1997-2000.
Educational background includes a B.A. at St. Bonaventure University with a major in finance. He then went onto receive a master’s in business administration from Cleveland State University again with a major in finance and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall University. Riley is also a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney.
A native of Cleveland, Riley is married and has three teenage children.

J. Terence (Terry) Burke is Secretary and General Counsel for Realty One Real
Living. He has been associated with the firm and its predecessor companies
since 1969.
Licensed as both an Attorney at Law and a real estate broker, Terry holds a BA
degree from Borromeo College and a JD from Cleveland-Marshall Law School. From
1976 to 1992, he also served as an instructor of Real Estate Law at Cleveland's
Dyke College. Terry is the co-author of the Ohio Supplement to Modern Real
Estate Practice, and served as a consulting editor of Modern Real Estate
Practice in Ohio. A frequent speaker at Realtor® and Bar Association
seminars, he is a widely respected authority on the legal aspects of real
estate brokerage.
Terry is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations, the
Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and various professional associations.

| Robert W. Wehn |

| Vice President of District I |
Bob Wehn is Realty One Real Living's Vice President, District I, responsible for
overseeing the management of twenty offices in Cleveland's eastern and southern
suburbs.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Bob enjoyed a 11-year career in
education and received a Master Degree in Education from Kent State University.
Licensed in 1981, Bob has been with Realty One Real Living since 1987. Working
with teammate Denise Hall, he was a consistent top producing sales associate in
the Shaker Heights office until 2000 and holds a CRS designation. In 2002, Bob
received an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.

| Dennis Hartzell |

Dennis Hartzell is Realty One Real Living's Vice President, District II,
responsible for overseeing the management of twenty-three sales offices in
Cleveland's western and southern suburbs.
Denny has been associated with Realty One Real Living and its predecessor
companies since his licensure with Cleary Realty in 1973. He served as manager
of Cleary Realty's Lakewood office from 1975 to 1982 and was later appointed
manager of the firm's North Olmsted office. HGM Hilltop Realty acquired Cleary
Realty and from 1986 to 1992 Mr. Hartzell served as a District Manager while
still managing the North Olmsted office. HGM Hilltop Realty later became Realty
One. In 1992, after serving as a Regional Manager, Mr. Hartzell was appointed
to his current position. He holds a Broker's license, has earned the Graduate
Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation and is a past member of the Board of
Trustees of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors®.

General Counsel |
Jon Deegan is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Realty One Real
Living. He has been associated with the firm for 18 years. Jon holds a BA
degree from the University of Dayton, and received his law degree from
Cleveland-Marshall Law School. Jon has served as an instructor at Dyke College,
and currently serves as a certified attorney on the Grievance Committee for the
Cuyahoga County Bar Association.

Jackie Cassara is Director, Training and Recruitment for Realty One Real Living.
Licensed with Realty One since 1985, her real estate career has included work
in marketing, communications, and special projects. For more than ten years,
she also fielded customer complaints, working with consumers and Realtors as an
“ombudsman” of customer service. With a B.A. and graduate work in
Theatre/Speech Communications, Jackie has also taught Public Relations Writing
at the University of Akron. Her work has been consistently recognized by the
Ohio Association of Realtors, where (since 1987) Realty One and Real Living
have earned more Marketing and Promotion awards than any other firms in the
state.

Diane Christy has been with Realty One since 1999, and holds the position of Director of
Marketing and Business Development. Her responsibilities include creating and assisting
in the development of marketing strategies and plans while executing policies of the Real
Living organization. She also implements organizational technology training. Diane earned
a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Malone College and has an extensive
background in marketing with more than 12 years in marketing management.
Active within the marketing industry, Diane serves on the marketing committee for Living
In Cleveland, and recently on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Advertising Association.
She has earned several awards from the American Advertising Federation for her participation in
its national Club Achievement competition.

Steve Pogozelski started his career with Realty One Real Living in May, 1998 as
Controller. He was promoted to Director of Finance for Realty One in 2003, and
Controller of Real Living, Inc. in 2004.
With a BBA from Cleveland State University, Steve is a member of the Ohio
Society of CPA’s.

Cynthia joined Realty One’s Finance department in 1994 as a Financial Analyst.
In 2002 she was promoted to Sales Group Financial Consultant, working out of
the Sales department. In her current capacity, Cynthia is responsible for
providing various financial consulting support services to the Sales
department, managers, sales associates and other sales-related departments. She
is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining Realty One, Cynthia
worked for eighteen years (nine as a Financial Analyst) in the advertising
industry.

| Timothy Newell |

Living, Inc. |
Tim Newell began working with Boebinger Realtors in 1977 as Director of Computer
Information Services. He also served as Financial Director and Director of
Office Facilities. When Boebinger joined Realty One, Tim became Realty One’s
Special Operations Manager. For the past 10 years he has served as the Director
of Facilities for Realty One.
Tim graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Computer Information
Services and Electrical Engineering.
